Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Free Shipping
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99 flat rate for faster delivery.
- International Shipping: Starting at $19.99, varies by destination (see below for details).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total (excluding taxes) and the shipping destination. All prices are in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays. Here's what you can expect:
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PDT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days within the U.S.
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Where We Ship
- United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International: We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select countries in the European Union. For a full list of supported countries, please check our FAQ page or contact customer support.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:
- U.S. Orders: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on the selected shipping method).
- International Orders: Local postal services or partnered couriers, depending on the destination.

Additional Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
